Computer does not start black screen fan is running
According to statistics, most often the source of such a problem is the following:
- Damage to the BIOS. a program stored in a CMOS flash memory chip on the motherboard, which is responsible for initial loading of the PC, as well as for checking and coordinating the operation of all its devices at the start stage;
- a failed processor or a malfunction of its power system;
- inoperability of RAM (random access memory) or incompatibility of installed RAM strips with each other;
- malfunction of the system logic chips (chipset) on the motherboard, especially the north bridge.
Among other reasons that can also give a SIMilar “clinic”, one can note damage to the elements of the motherboard, leading to destabilization of the power supply of devices, a defect in the soldered contacts of microcircuits, a power supply with a voltage “sag” along individual lines, a dead CMOS battery, as well as other malfunctions equipment installed on the PC. However, this is less common.
It is also important to understand that this problem is never the result of software glitches in the operating system. Since its download doesn’t even start.
Disable all unnecessary
If the first method did not help, move on. Let’s try to exclude the influence of equipment that is not necessary for a successful PC start. To do this, you need to prepare a table covered with insulating material (polyethylene, rubber, plastic, wood, etc.), on which you will assemble the stand.
- turn off the PC power supply and remove the case cover;
- remove expansion boards from the slots of the motherboard, disconnect the power wires and interface cables from it, remove the memory brackets;
- remove the motherboard from the case, put it on the table and inspect for artifacts. swollen capacitors, traces of overheating (darkening and deformation of plastic parts), mechanical damage and other defects;
- if there are no artifacts, install one memory bar in the slot, connect a video card (if there is no built-in one), a monitor, a previously removed bootable hard drive and a power supply;
- plug the power supply into the mains;
- close the contacts of the power button with a screwdriver. Power Switch (can be signed as ON, PWR_ON, PC_ON). this action is SIMilar to turning on the computer by pressing this button.
If you see the operating system loading on the monitor, then the failure is caused by one of the disabled devices. Well, if apart from the rotation of the fans nothing happens again, let’s try to figure it out in more detail.
- Start the system. Carefully touch your hands to the processor heatsink and large components of the board. microcircuits, mosfets, etc. they should normally be warm. Strong heating (do not burn yourself!). indicates a malfunction of the elements (soldering defect, short circuit), and a complete lack of heating (room temperature). most likely indicates that the node is not receiving a supply voltage.
- Power off the PC. Remove the memory stick, remove the oxide layer on its contacts by rubbing with a school eraser, blow through the slot where it was and put it back. Turn on your computer. If the problem is resolved, the reason was poor contact between the RAM and the board connector. If you do not dare. set the bar to another slot. perhaps he is to blame.
Resetting BIOS settings to factory settings
This is the easiest and, at times, very effective way to fix problems with computer boot. If your case is not the most difficult, perhaps it will help.
- power off the computer and remove the cover of the system unit.
- locate the coin-cell battery on the motherboard and remove it from the socket.
- close the contacts of the battery socket together, for example, with a screwdriver;
- put the battery back.
There is also another option for resetting the BIOS. with the Clear CMOS jumper (jumper). It must be removed for 15. 20 seconds. and move to two adjacent contacts, and then return to its place. Sometimes the jumper is called differently: CL_CMOS, CCMOS, CLRTC, CRTC, etc.
After completing these operations, reconnect the computer and try to turn it on. If the problem is resolved, its cause lay in an incorrect BIOS Setup configuration.
The computer does not turn on, but the system unit fans are running. Diagnostics
What can a user do in such a situation? Even without special equipment, you can try to solve the problem at home. It is enough to know how to use a screwdriver.
We replace components with known working
None of the methods helped? The last thing you can do at home is to take turns replacing the PC devices with work ones, of course, compatible with your system. However, there is a risk of damaging them.
If there is no such opportunity or desire, as well as if the described problem occurs on a laptop, the only remaining option is to contact the service center.
Lack of initialization
Failure to understand the nature of certain computer problems often leads to errors in diagnostics, without which a qualified repair is impossible. And you should approach the search for a problem with its precise description. A malfunction that is described with the words: “when you press the power button (power), the computer does not turn on, but the fans are running” is called a lack or an initialization error. It should not be confused with “not turning on”. complete inaction on pressing power, since the causes of these two problems are usually different.
Initialization, in this case, is the readiness of the equipment for operation. And if any of the devices critical for starting the PC refuses to start, we will observe a typical picture:
- after turning on the system unit, a loud noise of the fans is heard (they rotate at a constant high speed);
- the keyboard and power indicators are on and on;
- the screen remains black.
Nothing else happens.
Power supply fan not working
Today’s topic is quite SIMple: what to do if the fan of the computer’s power supply is not working? First of all. in no case should you leave it in this state! If the fan does not work (power supply or processor, video card, other components). it is imperative to make it work again 🙂
If the device has a fan (active cooling system), then it is there for a reason. Namely. it actively cools the heat sinks for removing heat from hot microcircuits and components. In this case, the rule: “It works. Don’t touch it!” not good.
The fact is that an idle fan of the power supply (or any other component) can eventually lead to overheating of the entire unit and, as a result. its failure. Also bear in mind that the life of electrical components operating in overheating mode for a long time will be drastically reduced. This primarily applies to electrolytic capacitors located in the computer’s power supply.
So, today we will consider two problems that are solved in the same way. The problems sound like this:
- PSU fan does not spin
- Power supply fan is noisy
As we said, there is only one solution. remove the power supply, disassemble it and lubricate the fan. Usually, it stops due to dust entering the bearing or SIMply (over time) production of factory grease.
Let’s get down to the renovation process! First, we will need to remove the side cover of the system unit:
Pay attention to the location of the motherboard filler panel (indicated by a rectangle). It. that side of the system unit, on which the board itself is attached, means. we need to remove the cover from the opposite side.
Probably, this does not need to be explained in such detail, but I remembered a telephone conversation with my acquaintance, who, at my prompts, was trying to disassemble his computer. The first nuance arose precisely when I heard to my remark that it was necessary to remove the side cover: “I took it off, there. An iron wall!” 🙂
Let’s continue. We put our system unit on its side (it will be more convenient this way) and take a closer look at the upcoming front of work:
The power connectors that go from the unit to the motherboard and other computer devices are marked in red here. We will need to disconnect them all.
Please note: the connectors located directly on the motherboard have special plastic latches that fix their position in the socket. They must be bent by pressing them with your finger at the top, and then remove the connector from the board.
Tip: in order to easily disconnect the power supply of the drive, its connector must be slightly raised up.
After we have disconnected all the power cables, we will need to unscrew four bolts from the back of the system unit. They are shown in the photo below:
After that, you can already pull the power supply out of the case. On the bottom, it has four more small screws that secure its protective cover:
We unscrew them too. We lift the vacant part of the casing and observe about the following picture under it:
On the right is the power supply fan that does not spin. What else do we see here? Top (green). control board converting 200 V AC (from the socket) to DC 12, 5 and 3 Volts (inside the computer). Slightly lower left. two aluminum radiators of the power supply cooling system. Below them. capacitors and chokes for voltage protection and stabilization systems.
At this stage, it is very desirable to blow out the dust from the power supply using a vacuum cleaner (set to blow) or else. special can of compressed air.
Let’s continue. Now we have to remove the PSU fan. We turn it towards us with the side on which the power socket is located and we see four mounting screws.
The protective grill on the power supply can be removed, or it can be part of the protective casing itself. In our case, it is made as a separate element. Having unscrewed the screws, we have reached the main point. got to the idle power supply fan!
We take it in the palm of our hand (perhaps at this stage you will have to “walk” along it with a soft brush to remove accumulated dust from the surface or use cotton wool with cologne) and pay attention to the colored round label near the wires. It can be seen in the photo above in the center under the protective grill. She, as you guessed, performs not just an aesthetic function.
To verify this. pry off its edge and bend (not completely) to the side.
Under it we can see a “plug” made of either rubber or. made of plastic. It is she and the “sticker” (sticker) itself that serve as an obstacle to the ingress of dust into the fan bearing.
If the “plug” is made of rubber, then it will not be difficult to pry it off, but if you come across a plastic one, you will have to use something thin and durable to remove it (a needle is ideal).
Remove the cap, cut off some of the plastic under it and squeeze a small amount of it onto the retaining ring of the system unit fan, as shown in the photo below.
Tip: swing the fan by hand (back and forth), letting the oil get into the bearing. Thus, achieve smooth and unhindered movement and rotation. Sometimes in this case it is necessary to make a certain physical effort, but you try. The fan must move smoothly back and forth a few millimeters, this is. guarantee of its long-term work without future interference.
If engine oil drains into the fan. add some more. Ideally, there should be enough oil to lightly cover the rotating system circlip.
If the rotation axis of the fan is very dirty and it does not turn in any way, then we will have to remove the impeller itself (blades with a base rod). To do this, you will need to remove the retaining plastic ring (you can clearly see it in the photo above). Gently pick it up with a needle near the incision and pull it out with tweezers. Then. pull on the center of the fan on the opposite side and pull out the impeller. Thoroughly clean both surfaces of the dirt and lubricate the base rod with oil. Reassemble the structure carefully, being careful not to break the retaining ring.
Also (in case of heavy pollution), I highly recommend dripping a certain amount of “Kalosh” solvent or any other refined petrol-based nefras (for example, “White spirit”) inside the fan. The composition will dissolve dirt, degrease and flush the bearing. After that, you will need to give him a little time to evaporate (dry out), or, help him to do this with the help of an ordinary household hair dryer.
Advice: it is better to pour the solvent from the original container into a syringe with a fine needle (5 cubes) and to “inject” the fan through it. It will be much more convenient this way.
Everything I said above about not working fans and how to fix this problem is a description of the standard process that we use in our IT department at work. What is called a quick repair! There it needs to be done really quickly and with as little financial cost as possible. What. logical!
If you are repairing a stuck fan on your home computer or laptop, then I would recommend using such a wonderful thing as silicone grease instead of machine oil! It is often used to lubricate various rubbing parts inside printers. It looks something like this:
Compared to oil, it has much better properties, and (what is important) the lubricated part does not require re-processing much longer. That is: greased and forgotten for a long time! These kinds of things are usually called “greases” because they do not lose their consistency regardless of the temperature conditions of the environment (they do not thicken in the cold and do not spread when it is hot). Silicone grease costs, of course, more expensive than oil, but we do it for ourselves, right? 🙂
As you can see, if the power supply fan does not work (if the power supply fan makes a lot of noise), then such a malfunction can be easily eliminated at home, without the involvement of a specialist. Because, as in most cases, there is nothing complicated here, you just need to do everything yourself once, which is what I wish for you. !
How to properly clean and lubricate the fan, you can watch in the video below:
Broken loop or failure of the backlight system
What to do if when the laptop boots up a black screen, the fan works, but nothing happens? The answer is SIMple: check the operation of the external output of the video card. To do this, an external monitor must be connected to the laptop. This can be done using the connector on the side panel.
If your laptop has a modern HDMI connector, you can plug it into your TV to test it. If the indicators are on, the coolers are noisy, and no image appears on the main screen and the external monitor. you should try pressing the F6 button to forcibly switch to the connected image device.
Black screen when turning on the laptop: causes and solutions
The situation when, when turning on the laptop, a black screen is not just unpleasant. This can disrupt the planned work, indicate the loss of data, the need for expensive repairs. However, a situation where a laptop does not turn on does not always mean an immediate crash. There may be a software or hardware failure that can be dealt with with minimal effort.
The absence of an image on the display with obvious signs of system operation may mean a failure of the video chip or central processor. Especially often this problem appears on Lenovo laptops.
Built on single-chip solutions, they can come out of standing due to strong overheating or static discharge to the external port. Unfortunately, this problem is diagnosed only in a service center. Getting rid of her will cost money. In the case of Lenovo. very impressive.
As a conclusion
Many information sources recommend resetting the BIOS of a laptop if it does not turn on or there is no image on the screen. This step does not seem rational. The fact is that before installing the modern operating system Windows 10, Windows 7, a service engineer could switch the operating mode of the disk controller to ACHI. When you reset the BIOS, the IDE value will be returned. In this case, the system will not be able to boot under any circumstances.
If you decide to overwrite the BIOS, you should refer to the instructions for the laptop. It contains all the data necessary to carry out this operation. Many laptops, including the already mentioned Lenovo brand, require pressing a special key or a combination of these to enter the BIOS. All the necessary information is stated in the instruction manual for a specific model.
The case when the laptop is working, but nothing is displayed on the screen, may be due to an outdated version of the BIOS of the motherboard. In this case, the following happens:
- a new generation operating system, such as Windows 10, automatically installed new drivers for the video card;
- the power management scheme provided in the new software cannot work correctly with the resources of the motherboard;
- when the laptop is turned on, the monitor does not turn on, but the power button is on, there is a sound of cooling, logging in. this shows that everything is working fine.
In this situation, the user sees only a black screen with a cursor. In Asus, Acer notebooks of old revisions, for the appearance of an image, it is enough to close and open the lid.
The working disk in some laptop models is not rigidly fixed to the slide. A situation when the fan is noisy when turned on, and the display has a black desktop screen, may mean that the hard drive contacts are out of order. It can also be accessed by removing the cover on the bottom of the laptop.
Before any work, the laptop is disconnected from the network, the battery is removed from it. After removing the cover, the hard drive is removed and inserted more tightly. If it is in the slide, you need to check the tightness of their fastening, if necessary, the disk is corrected for better contact with the connector.
The reason why the laptop won’t boot and the fan is running might be due to a RAM failure. For instance:
- one of the planks came off due to the shaking of the device;
- due to periodic switching on after arrival from frost, condensate and oxides formed inside the RAM connectors;
- contact group of one of the memory lines is oxidized.
To check the status of the RAM, you will have to dismantle the protective cover on the bottom of the laptop.
Before use, the laptop must be unplugged and the battery removed. After removing the cover (it can pry off at the edges and go up or move towards the edge of the case), access to the RAM strips is opened. To remove them, you need to move the side clips. After that, the bar rises 45 degrees and is pulled out.
It is required to check the cleanliness of the connector, as well as the condition of the contact pads on the memory line. If there are traces of oxides, dirt. they are removed with alcohol, followed by a thorough rubbing with a regular school eraser for erasing a pencil. The strip, in which the contact foil is wiped through, must be replaced.
Installing the ruler is done upside-down. The bracket is tightly inserted into the connector (its protrusion and the notch on the line of the memory contact group must match) at an angle of 45 degrees until it stops. After that, the RAM line is lowered slightly. It is necessary to make sure that the clips are in their original places, in the recesses on the side panels of the plank.
Recently installed software may be causing your graphics card drivers to malfunction. In this scenario, when the laptop boots up, a black screen is displayed with no clear sign of a normal login as a prompt sound.
To remove recently installed programs, you need to boot into Safe Mode. For this:
- when the BIOS is finished loading, the F8 button is pressed;
- if the laptop does not display diagnostic messages, you can quickly press and release the button constantly immediately after turning on;
- when text lines with boot options appear on the screen, you should select safe mode.
After turning on the laptop in safe mode, you should uninstall recently installed programs. After rebooting, the system will be restored.
If the laptop does not start, no LEDs are on, or the fans are noisy, it is worth checking the battery status. For this, it is disconnected. The laptop is connected to a 220V network with a charger. If the system unit works in this mode, it means that an internal battery breakdown has occurred. It is enough to replace it to resume normal operation.
Black screen what to do?
“Black screen what to do” is a typical question for a search robot that I personally asked several years ago, when I was just starting to master computers. What to do if a black screen appears when you turn on the computer, any user should know, regardless of his experience and toughness. One way or another, everyone faces this problem, so it’s not very difficult to find a solution. And anyone will tell you that Malevich’s black square instead of the usual Windows boot screen is a very unpleasant sight. Today I will tell you how to get rid of this “world art” error by restoring your computer to work.
System refuses to boot
What to do if the monitor has a black screen that prevents Windows from loading normally? The lack of a familiar logo when turned on is a very unpleasant surprise, especially if you urgently need a computer.
Is the monitor working?
First of all, check if your monitor is working. Often, users begin to panic out of the blue and next to the turned off monitor. If the power indicator of the screen blinks (it looks like this for most models), and the system unit works as it should, you may be dealing with a damaged VGA cable or HDMI (if the monitor and the system unit are connected through it). Of course, you will need to replace it. It is possible that the root of the problem lies in the monitor itself, for example, a flying matrix or a broken connector. If possible, connect another monik or TV with a SIMilar video connector to the system unit. Then you will understand exactly what you are dealing with.
The hardware of your machine is an important factor that can display a black screen on the monitor and nothing else. Let’s start with the most common. failure of RAM.
If you have done all of the above, and the computer, instead of the long-awaited “Welcome”, shows a black screen on the monitor, then perhaps your video card has burned out. It is quite SIMple to check this, especially if the motherboard has an integrated video card. (If not, then you will need another video card with the same interface. Read more about this here. We need it to replace the one that may have stopped working and check our concerns.)
It is very unpleasant when a damaged motherboard is to blame. As we know, all PC components are located on it. The motherboard is full of contacts, pins, tracks and connectors for boards. Naturally, all these parts are very fragile, therefore, be careful when assembling / disassembling the system unit. The slightest scratch on the vital track of the board will cause an interruption, as a result of which, this vital sector will be disabled. It is for these reasons that the motherboard may not “see” the processor, RAM, video card. Accordingly, you will see a black screen on the monitor. By the way, the tracks can suffer not only from scratches, but also from adhering dirt. than once I came across computers that were scary to look at without a gas mask. The dust settled so tightly that sometimes I just wondered how it even worked! If all of the above did not help you, I recommend contacting the service center for diagnostics or calling a private master at your home. Give 300-400 rubles and you will find out for sure the reason why, when you turn on the computer, a black screen and nothing else shows.
What to do if a black screen appears on the computer a couple of minutes after work. over, the machine can turn on normally, and then give out its “signature dish”. Be aware that this is an affecting problem within the operating system. Windows cannot work forever, sooner or later the registry or important system folders will fly, leading to collapse. Remember that you can easily pick up a virus that loves to play pranks and shake your nerves. Regular users will recommend SIMply reinstalling Windows, but we will set a different goal. to restore its former performance. By the way, very often people are also faced with the blue screen of death. Read more about this here.
This is a standard Windows feature that allows you to rollback, that is, returns the computer to the past where it worked normally. We open this function through Start. All Programs. Accessories. System Tools. System Restore.
Then click “Next”.
In a new window, you will see all the system events that have made certain changes to the operation of the operating system. These are system points that can be rolled back. We select the desired point (the date at which the PC was all right) and “Next”. Then the system will ask you again and “Done”.
Recovery will start during reboot. The computer will turn on a little slower, which means that Windows is performing the same rollback. By the way, your personal files. music, videos, pictures will not be affected!
A black screen on the monitor may appear due to a “clumsy” video card driver. Not to mention the fact that the video card can just fly, but that’s a completely different story, described just above. Under the word “kosyachny” we mean either pirate or too new, in any case, he did not fit and did things with our video. A SIMilar rollback can be done with this driver, but only through the Device Manager. (Computer. System Properties. Device Manager).
Shown here is all the hardware centered on the motherboard. Find the video adapter and open its subcategory, then right-click on the video and “Properties”.
This procedure can be done with any device, not just video cards. Go to the Driver tab and select Roll Back. The procedure will go quickly, do not forget to reboot!
But what if the PC won’t turn on at all? The described methods will not lose their value, since we can always enter Windows through Safe Mode. When turning on the machine, click on the F8 key, then this screen will appear.
We choose the appropriate name and wait. The operating system will boot in a SIMplified mode with a SIMplified interface. Then, as if nothing had happened, you choose one of two rollback methods and act as usual.!
On the road
“Black screen, what to do” is another question of computer literacy that has faded into oblivion. Now you know how to properly handle a black screen when you turn on your computer. Do not hesitate, ask questions and always help your neighbor! All good!
What to do: the fan runs at full speed and the computer does not turn on or freezes
Good day, dear readers!
Today I will tell you about such a problem with a computer or laptop, when the fans of the cooler. most often the processor cooler. work at maximum and the computer does not turn on, and in some cases freezes.
The problem is not pleasant, and not always easy to solve.
Often, when “does not turn on” people can mean the absence of an image, with working coolers and other standard computer noises.
In our case, the problem may be in a poor connection between the monitor and the video card (the SIMplest case), in the BIOS, video card or central processor.
Video card problem
To check the state of the video card, you need to get it out of the system unit, clean it from dust if it has accumulated, and then carefully inspect it for dark spots, swelling and anything that does not look like a “healthy” video card.
If you find any signs of damage, most likely the video card is out of order during overheating.
Try to insert a known working video card and try to turn on the computer.
Still not working? If there is an integrated video card on the motherboard, try connecting a monitor to it and start the computer.
If this does not help, pay attention to the computer power supply.
The power supply unit can generate enough power to start coolers, indicator lights and other non-essential operations, but this power may not be enough to fully turn on the computer with all its components.
This often happens if an old computer with an old power supply unit decides to upgrade with a new powerful video card.
In this case, due to lack of power, the video card does not start.
Bad connection of the monitor to the video card
Least dangerous and easily solved problem.
All you need to do is make sure that the wire connecting the monitor and the video card is well connected and in good condition.
If everything is connected as it should, and the problem remains, then you should turn your attention to the video card.
And also prepare for more serious problems.
In the case of the BIOS, you need to remove the small battery that powers the BIOS’s system clock.
After removing it, wait about a minute, then plug it back in and turn on the computer.
Perhaps this will help, but only if you do not have the following case.
This is a rather unpleasant problem, which is characterized by increased work of cooling systems and no image on the monitor.
In case of failure, the CPU quite often emits a huge amount of heat, and heating may not be gradual, but instant.
In this regard, the malfunction is determined. with instant heating (it occurs in 3 seconds or so), the computer will not turn on, and if it is gradual (more than 30 seconds), then the computer will freeze until the temperature reaches the limit and the computer does not will shut down due to overheating.
It is these high temperatures that force the cooler to work at its limit, trying to lower the processor temperature.
The SIMplest solution to such a malfunction is to replace the thermal paste, as well as the cooling system, if it is faulty.
Also, if there is a lot of dust in the computer, then you should first clean the components from it and check the performance after that.
A defective processor is quite difficult to diagnose on your own for any damage, and also dangerous. considering how high temperatures it can, therefore, in this case, I would recommend taking it to a service center.
Computer problems always cause some stress and tension.
The main thing is to determine the malfunction, otherwise you can aggravate the situation, or spend money on replacing the working component.
First of all, identify the symptoms of malfunctions, and if you are not too knowledgeable in fixing computers, contact the specialists.
On this I would like to end this article.
The monitor does not turn on or the computer is noisy, but shows a black screen and does not boot
Very often, when applying for a computer repair, users themselves diagnose their problem as follows: the computer turns on, but the monitor does not work. Here it should be noted that most often they are mistaken and the reason is still in the computer: the fact that it is noisy, and the indicators are on, does not mean that it works. details about this in the articles:
The computer beeps when turned on
If a laptop or PC starts beeping instead of turning on normally, then you can find out the reason for this squeak by referring to this article.
Windows 7 won’t start. After turning on, the computer turns off immediately
The reasons for this behavior may differ, but as a rule they are associated with a malfunctioning power supply or overheating of the computer. If, after turning on the PC, it turns off even before Windows starts loading, then most likely the matter is in the power supply unit and, possibly, it needs to be replaced.
If the computer automatically turns off after a while after its work, then overheating is more likely here and most likely, it is enough to clean the computer from dust and replace the thermal paste:
When you turn on the computer writes an error
Did you turn on the computer, but instead of booting Windows, you see an error message? Most likely a problem with some system files, boot order in BIOS or SIMilar things. It is usually fairly easy to fix. Here is a list of the most common problems of this kind (see the link for a description of how to solve the problem):
- BOOTMGR is missing. how to fix the error
- NTLDR is missing
- Hal.dll error
- Non system disk or disk error (I haven’t written about this error yet. The first thing to try is to turn off all flash drives and remove all disks, check the boot order in the BIOS and try to turn on the computer again).
- Kernel32.dll not found
I press the power button but nothing happens
If after you pressed the ON / OFF button, but nothing happened: the fans did not work, the LEDs did not light up, then first of all you need to check the following things:
- Electrical connection.
- Is the surge protector and switch on the computer’s power supply in the back (for desktop PCs) enabled?
- Are all the wires completely stuck in the right place?
- Is there electricity in the apartment.
If all this is in order, then you should check the computer’s power supply. Ideally, try to connect another one that is guaranteed to work, but this is a topic for a separate article. If you do not feel like an expert in this, then I would advise you to call a master.
What to do if your computer won’t turn on or boot
This site has already had more than one article describing the procedure for actions in cases when the computer does not turn on for one reason or another. Here I will try to systematize everything written and describe in which cases which option is most likely to help you.
There are a variety of reasons why a computer may not turn on or boot, and, as a rule, based on external signs, which will be described below, you can determine this reason with a certain degree of confidence. Most often, problems are caused by software failures or missing files, records on the hard disk, less often. malfunctions of the computer hardware.
In any case, no matter what happens, remember: even if “nothing works”, most likely everything will be in order: your data will remain in place, and the PC or laptop is quite easy to return to working condition.
Let’s consider the common options in order.
I hope the listed materials will help someone. And I, in turn, while compiling this sample, realized that the topic related to the problems, expressed in the inability to turn on the computer, was not worked out very well for me. There is something else to add, which I will do in the near future.
